Surrey National lose away to Farliegh in Surrey Hills

Last Saturday saw the team take a rain soaked away defeat at the hands of Farleigh (39 vs 51 points).

Somehow we always seem to play there when the heavens open and last Saturday was no exception. To the point where we all took shelter under our umbrella’s for 10 minutes whilst pelleted by heavy rain and hail stones.

In between the rain there was some good and some not so good golf played by both sides. So we look forward to the return match in August where hopefully home advantage will see us close the cap.
