Poor old Jaggsy being forced to pose with his scorecard

Special post for our ‘oooh he’s on fire‘ fellow Swindler Mr Mattie Jaggs.

Hot on the heels of being announced as our overall winner of Swindles to date in 2014 on Saturday evening,  our Mr Jaggs turned in a mahoosive 44 points in the Swindle today, a gross 78 for his best ever round.

This despite taking a 7 on the 18th!

This extends his ‘most swindle wins’ in 2014 to 4 and he’s now top in the ‘biggest bandit’ award (aka The Graham Loveless Award) with 44 points from Dean’s measly 42.

I think that would have been 48points off of club?  Ouch.  And if he had managed a similar score off the blues yesterday would have been 10 under the course.  Yes Mark, but he didnt and you are a MAJOR WINNER now… we know! 🙂

Awesome play Jaggsy.

Another sticky hot day with a couple of brief showers, there were a few heavy heads today so the less said about some of the other scores the better.  Well done Phil to come in with 37 points one off his own PB I think, but noone could come close to Jaggsy’s 22 front and 22 back.  Jaggsy also scooped longest drive, but Phil was very pleased with his clean sweep of all three nearest the pins.

So that sees Jaggsy down to 12… now the club handicap has to fall too mate!

Bamber, Scottish Mick’s mate played some interesting golf.  Going OOB off the 2nd tee, thats OOB sliced up beyond the 6th fairway.  Boom! He then followed this up with a par on the 5th after first slicing his tee shot into the bunker on the far side of the 4th fairway.  Adventurous golf to say the least.

Yeah, great golf mate, you looked the part all the way round, well I suppose barring the 18th tee.
