Graham won the Stableford on Sunday with 38… nicking it on countback from our Scottie, and our Lee-da’machine.
Scottie’s off and running with a determined defense of his Order of Merit win coming in 2rd, a great start from him. Janine, Andy Gorman and I had the pleasure of seeing Lee Snashers as he ground out out a fantastic round for 3rd … rarely missing a fairway or green. But it was Mr Adams, fresh from his away day shenanigans at Seaford Head the day before that won the day. Janine suggested it was the extra snoozing he did all the way home from Seaford which may have given him the edge on Sunday.
Apologies if I’ve not got all details bang on, I’m afraid Masterscoreboard hasn’t been updated since the weekend.
Notable shots of the day must surely include Graham’s approach and subsequent birdie on the 18th. I’m sure I saw a little fist pump there.
However I think the winner is Jaggsy, who grabbed an eagle on the 15th crafting a running 7iron from the left from by the big trees. It was complete with eagle impression, which, playing behind him, I didnt quite understand. Great shot.
