Sent over by Scottie
Think Scottie is more taken by the music than by the kids who had the time (and creativity) to put all this together.
"Einaudi: Experience" by Ludovico Einaudi
I imagine a dark corner in his house with this music playing as he plans next year's Order of Merit campaign. Muhahahaha. ...

Captain’s Drive In 2015
Surrey National said thanks to Sean and Liz, and welcomed Paul Gilbody and Margaret Butterworth as new Mens and Ladies Captains for 2015/2016.
Drizzle and light rain welcomed all the members as we lined up across the holes for our shotgun start in the usual texas scramble format. Thankfully, after the first hour or so, things slowly improved ...

Our Ryder Cup Captains sign off the 2015 battle
Posted on behalf of Lee
Swashbucklers,
Gutted to miss the finals day of the Ryder Cup as it was my year as captain, just so you all know I did have to walk and climb at least 13 miles to get signal to keep up to date on the score, (please see photo).
From seeing the final scoreboard and also being given a full detailed evaluation from Phil ...

Bob’s Bashers take Ryder Cup Title 2015
"The Old Buggers have done it"
They did it by 2 on the day and 2 going into it. Well deserved Bob's Bashers. Wily old campaigners all, they turned it around from non-qualifying last year to being top of the tree this year.
Nothing really between the teams as we went into the finals day (especially not the Early Birds... sorry Mr ...

UPDATED: Surrey National pipped away at Farleigh in Surrey Hills League opener, but we’ll take it
It was a dry cloudy Spring morning when we trucked off to our first Surrey Hills match of this year - and it was the toughie... Farleigh away. Led by Captain Winkle, we played the Purple course (Blue then Red nines), and the greens were very very fast for mid Spring, rough trimmed but everywhere extremely dry and firm.
Poor old Ben had a mare - ...

Away day: Spring Sun at the Addington
With some Gold member vouchers about to expire as the golfing year draws to a close, a quick away day was thrown together to use them up.
Glorious day, sunshine and warm fairly strong breeze ... and no work. Lovely. I found the greens a bit painful. Recently cored and sanded they aren't too bad but balls were a bit too frequently skidding ...

Mr Scottie Yule – Order of Merit Winner 2015
A Swashbuckler 1....2.....3
Following Al Sav's great win last year, Mr Scott 'Maccam' Yule takes the Order of Merit in 2015.
As it should be, Swashbucklers dominate the Order of Merit. Thoroughly deserved, Scottie is in great form at the moment, just look at the Swindle where his handicap's been on scratch or 1 for months now. Well done Mr Yule, ...

April’s Super Sunday and Mr Vicar’s croc
Match Report:
Surrey National win 3.5 vs. 1.5 in Round3 of the Mail on Sunday Classic
Myself, Scottie Yule, John Vicars, Nick Brown and Al Gollampost faced a Bletchingley Golf Club who came fresh from a 5-0 win over Lingfield in the previous round. This was Round3, and after an away win over The Add in round 1 followed by Westerham, this was our ...

Captain’s Drive In Slot
Mr Loveless sent out an email today asking for someone to fill his final slot for the Captain's Drive In fourball.
Out of nowhere (possibly under the influence of a late morning Fosters Shandy), Mr Adams suggested one of our furry long eared friends here on the right.
Mr Adams is clearly talking the talk but can he....
I see some significant ...
